We build the products, and we run them.

What does Exakairos build?
Two AI platforms for teams that handle customer conversations at volume: MirAI, voice agents that do the task in your systems, and Nexus, quality scoring for contact centres.
What is MirAI?
A real-time voice agent for the phone and the web. It speaks Taglish, English or Filipino, handles ordering, appointments, customer service, helpdesk, public hotlines and in-store kiosks, and hands off to a person when your rules say so.
What is Nexus?
AutoQA for contact centres. It scores every recorded call in scope against your own rubric and turns the findings into coaching. Nexus is in early access.
Who is Exakairos for?
Operators running high-volume customer conversations: BPO, QSR, healthcare, helpdesk, public hotlines and enterprise service teams.
